Return Management

Even SIKA products have to be checked and recalibrated or sometimes require repair. We take care of this for you competently and reliably. In Return Management, we process all repair and calibration orders after receipt of goods. Our colleagues in Return Management will be happy to advise you on our comprehensive re-calibration services for process calibrators as well as for temperature calibrators and pressure calibrators and will prepare cost estimates. Here you will also receive all the information you need about possible repairs and any costs that may be incurred

If there are any technical questions, our Technical Sales department with its product specialists will be happy to advise you. Even if a product does not work as it should, your sales contact is your first point of contact. If you have arranged a return and the goods arrive with us, our Return Management Team will organise the internal process and take over the further handling.

Calibration

Our test laboratory offers a very comprehensive range of re-calibration services for calibrators for the measurands temperature and pressure as well as various electrical measurands.
