On 17 and 18 June 2025, SIKA Dr. Siebert & Kühn GmbH & Co. KG presented itself at vocatium Kassel – a trade fair for training and study with a clear focus on personal consultations. For SIKA, the focus was on providing young people with guidance and highlighting the diverse career paths available within the company – from training and dual study programmes to career entry in technical or commercial fields.
Targeted discussions with a clear focus
The event at the Kongress Palais took place for the 15th time and attracted around 3,100 students from over 50 schools. In a total of around 8,100 appointments, the young people took the opportunity to find out about specific career opportunities. SIKA was one of around 84 companies, universities and educational institutions represented. The focus of the trade fair presentation was on providing young people with direct advice on the company's training and study programmes. Particularly valuable were 15 pre-arranged one-to-one meetings with school pupils from the region and numerous spontaneous contacts at the trade fair stand. This enabled SIKA to provide authentic insights into various job profiles and development opportunities – and to spark interest in joining the company.
